In the east of Dena, the Bijan Historical Cemetery is surrounded by the northern, western and southern borders of the rivers of Marbor and Bashar. Mbarr River, which flows north of Dena from east to west, passing through several villages and tangs of Khersan, renames Khersan River, and after passing narrow gorges to the river Bashar. Protecting Dena has increased the variety of species in this region, so nowadays there is no need for an eye-catcher to see the bears, goats and pigs in the Dena mountains. Dena Protected Area, regardless of the diversity of plant and animal species, due to climatic reasons and significant geological phenomena, is also highly regarded by researchers in biology and geology for educational and research purposes. The height of this site is 1,300 meters from the sea level, which is the lowest point of the Dena protected area. Dena glaciers are numerous reservoirs of valleys and its slopes are full of small springs. Dena Mountains are the source of many rivers in southern Iran and as a reservoir of water resources, it has a decisive role in the lives of the people of the south. Dena protected area is very rich in diversity of plant species and according to the set of trees Forest, rangeland, medicinal, ornamental and decorative plants are a valuable genetic asset. At 2500 meters, oak forests cover the southern slopes of Dena. Among oak trees, various forest species such as Ben, Kikem, Ergene, Hawthorn, Sand and Argan are seen. From the height of 3500 meters to the top, species of plants and herbaceous plants, wherever the soil, has undergone the surface of the earth.
From the height of 4000 meters to the top, small and beautiful plants, sheltering rocks and gaps of rocks, remain vigorous and protest. Also, some tulip flowers in Dena are special in this area and not seen elsewhere. The beautiful flower of Laleh Bisheh Zar is one of these flowers. Dena's wildlife represents the image of Zagros Animal Diversity. There are large brown bears, 5kil drunken hooves, eagles, leopards, wolves and all kinds of wild cats in Dena. In Dena's protected area, it is possible to watch a very beautiful and rare Hama bird, which has a great, From anywhere else in Iran. Birds like Shahin, Quebec, Stone Oz, Kumarelli and all kinds of ticks and donkeys live on the Dana slopes. Animals such as sable, mustache, Iranian squirrel, which is one of the most beautiful squirrels in the world and which have a very ecological role in the recovery of oak forest, are abundantly seen in Dana.
The Dena Protected Area, according to Decree No. 126 dated 7/11/1369 by the High Council for the Conservation of the Environment, states the following with the following specifications:
From the confluence of the Marbur River and the Samirm River near the village of Roodabad along the Mbarr River to the west of Khersan (from here, the name of the Marbur River changes to the Khersan River) and along the Khersan River to the intersection of Khersan River and Bashar River .
From the north to the extreme end of the large 10th Sistrict westward along the Sistokhan road towards Dashtak towards the village of Patawah and from Patwaw to Malraw to the Bashar River.

Such high altitude difference is possible due to the high peaks, huge walls and deep valleys. This area has water resources in the northern and southern slopes of Bin Rood, Khaffar and the catchment area of important rivers such as Marbur and Bashar.
